5 pm: Doors open
5:30 pm: Greetings, activities and snacks for kids downstairs
6-7 pm: Kabbalat Shabbat Service, where Rabbi Jonathan will guide us through the prayers, providing framing for those new to the practice of welcoming Shabbat
7-8 pm: Kiddush, Shabbat Pot Luck Dinner, and a few more words from Rabbi Jonathan about Shabbat
Saturday Oct 3:
10 am: Adult Torah study with Rabbi Jonathan on “The Seventy Faces of Torah”
5 pm: Doors Open
5:30 pm: Catered Dinner lower level of Synagogue
6-7:30: Simchat Torah Celebration with music and dancing, opportunity to explore the physical Torah with Rabbi Jonathan, and Aliyot for reading the last lines of the Torah followed by the first lines.
